Bart Trzynadlowski	2efe18b525	Added support for multiple value types in config nodes. ... Removed Ptr_t and ConstPtr_t from public interface, moved config tree builders into their own file, and made them pass by reference and value. Exceptions can be thrown now on lookup failures.
