A flatpak is generated from a manifest file. A software called flatpak-builder reads the manifest, then starts downloading dependencies and starts building the software. ### Why does RetroDECK need the --devices=all permission?
The users can connect a plethora of various input devices for games that is all interpreted differently from Webcameras, Touchdevices, Controllers, Pointers, Lightguns and every other strange thing they want to play with. Immutable systems also sometimes resets user made input udev rules if they are not shipped by default.
