No, this is more of a tool to point towards those version from RetroDECK and some parts to be used from within RetroDECK and the ES-DE Frontend.
The official defaults are Ryujinx and Citra-core in RetroArch from 0.8.0b, but the user can choose to run those systems against the AppImages instead from the ES-DE interface.
