No, this is more of a tool to point towards those version from RetroDECK and some parts to be used from within RetroDECK.
The defaults are still Ryujinx and Citra-core in RetroArch from 0.8.0b, but you can choose to run those systems against the AppImages instead from the ES-DE interface.
