PSP games should be put under the retrodeck/roms/psp/ directory.

.elf .cso .iso .pbp .prx .chd

TEXTURES folder

The ~/retrodeck/texture_packs/ppsspp/ represents the /PSP/TEXTURES/ folder in PPSSPP.
