Take note future generations, use -lrt with GCC 9.2 and GZDoom 4.2

This is more future proof. I discovered with the Zandronum project how much fiddling will be required in keeping shared resources reliable.

Git is used to properly apply the version number. Should share this with the Freedoom packages.

Eonfge e500f52f2d Updated to latest version and removed GNOME dep 
GZDoom got updated yesterday to version 4.2.1. GNOME dep was originally added for an included launcher, but that is no longer required.
