ComponentList now has a default input handler behavior (forward to
rightmost component in row).
ComponentList now updates the currently selected row.
GuiSettingsMenu has been redone to use the new
MenuComponent/ComponentList scheme.
GuiMenu refactored slightly to be less needlessly ridiculous.
