Translated:

- System menu; game settings; view menu new options;
- General, Graphics, States, Audio and close btn;
- Changed some simple words in audio backend;
- Fixed spaces and typos, again;
- Some OSD's.

Not translatable [Update]:

Note: yeah, I know it's a pain in the arse to do it just pointing here in order
to keep those tracked, no rush in fix it! ;)

- Save State 2;
- About QT diaglog;
- Load Game State 1;
- Port 1 Port 2 Tabs (controller configuration);
- Keyboard (option / button description inside shortcut configuration)
